I use to be a regular user of their computers (purchased 3) until I need customer service. It was then that I found out that they provide very little in the way of support. They do not answer the phones or respond to email; should you be lucky enough to reach support they will tell you it is your fault, should you end up getting an RMA your PC may take forever to get repaired or come back to you just as it left... be careful. This review is from: CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi210 Desktop Computer (Personal Computers) I don't really use this for gaming. But, I wanted the performance of an I-5 processor. I have been using this computer for about 6 months and no major problems. It started right up out of the box and has been working fine. On rare ocassions, I will get a blue screen on start up, but I just restart it and no problems. If you are buying this for gaming, expect to up grade the graphics card. While the GC works good, it seems like the weak link in the machine. The machine is fairly quiet and looks pretty cool. I think the power supply is 450W again 600W would have been better but no problems in this area. I definately would recommend this to someone else.
